At present, PhdAssistance is seeking specialist freelance technical writers in the field of Data Science who possess a high level of proficiency in the English language, preferably as a first language (such as the USA, Europe, and UK). We are looking for individuals who can collaborate with us on research writing, editing, and scientific communication services.

What will you do?

• Conduct scientific research and compose content in the realm of Data Science, spanning various sub-specializations such as Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data Analytics, Data Mining, Statistical Analysis, Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, Predictive Modeling, and more.
• This involves writing, editing, proofreading, and peer-reviewing manuscripts, including original studies, experimental and simulation studies, technical notes, survey papers, review articles, letters to the editor, book reviews, invited papers, tutorial papers, emerging technologies, application notes, case reports, literature reviews, meta-analyses, systematic reviews, documents for journal submissions, theses, and dissertations.
• Utilize advanced tools and techniques specific to Data Science, ensuring precision and accuracy in the content. This may include programming languages like Python and R, machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch, data visualization libraries like Matplotlib and Seaborn, database management systems like SQL and NoSQL, cloud computing platforms, and more.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Data Science to produce cutting-edge research content.

What do you need?

• A Post Doc/PhD/master’s degree or expertise in the field of Data Science, with specialization in relevant subfields.
• Prior experience in research and writing, along with a preferred certification in academic writing, editing, publishing, technical report writing, scientific and technical communication, journal article composition, and more.
• Proficiency in diverse writing styles and conventions pertinent to academic and scientific documents. Strong writing and editing skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail (previous writing experience would be a valuable asset).
